Win every eBAY auction - the easy way

Bidder #1 busy winning auctions
Winning an eBay auction if you’re the person who has the most money in the world is easy - right? Wrong. If you don’t use last minute bidding software to win your auction, and the other person does - the chances are you’re going to lose and maybe become very angry indeed. Using Bid Burglar to win your auctions for you is one of the best ways to get the upper hand on eBay. Here’s one scenario of how sniping can be much more effective than bidding on eBay ‘the old way’.
- You are bidder #1. You place a bid with Bid Burglar on a SONY Trinitron TV - the maximum you think it’s worth (and are prepared to pay for it) is $111. Your bid has not been registered on eBay yet and won’t be until the final seconds of auction - nobody’s aware that you’ve even seen the TV, let alone like it.
- Bidder #2 places a bid on eBay on the same SONY for $50
- Bidder #3 sees that bid for $50 and then bids a bit more
- Bidder #4 sees all the previous bids and bids a bit more
- All bidders are watching the auction, each bidding a little more each time.
- The end of the auction approches, the final bidder (Bidder # 3) sees the price reach $100
- He waits until the very last second and then puts in his final offer at $111 - the very same amount as Bidder #1 put in as a silent bid, or a ’snipe’.
- He loses.
The sniping software of Bidder # 1 came in much later, and much much faster. Therefore the bidder using Bid Burglar won the eBay auction.
Last minute bidding saved the day! And while bidder #3 practically had a nervous breakdown, sweating over what to bid, how quickly he could submit his final bid, would he mouse-click in time? Aghhhhh!
While all this was going on, last minute Bidder #1 (that’s you) was pruning his roses in the garden, thinking about what he was going to have for tea.
Nice.
